Early Lundberg

Godfrey was born in Westervik Lundberg, Sweden, May 4, 1879. It was the second son of Isaac and Edla Mary Lundberg. In 1891, when Lundberg was 12 his parents and his five son moved to the United States, settling in Spokane, Washington where his father was hired by a church Swedish Lutheran Church as its music director.
