Find a switch 24VDC / 12VDC selector.?

I have an old military jeep running a 24vdc system. It has a port slave outside of the vehicle so you can connect jumper cables without having to go to chapel. I've never had to jump to another car 24VDC, but I had to skip several 12VDC normal vehicles. But I have to open the bonnet and isolate only one of the batteries. I recently purchased a converter to connect accessories 12VDC ordinary vehicles. I'll also use to work with the slave port. I want a voltage selector so you can change the port voltage to 24VDC or 12VDC, when whenever needed. I traveled the internet trying to find a suitable switch in vain. Does anyone have any suggestions where I can find a switch or a method alternative that works. Thanks in advance!

I want to connect another port outside that goes directly to the cable between the batteries.That 12 volt port will serve as negative for the first battery, making the positive message of the other. + - + - 12 12
